My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were lovely and spacious, offering all the usual amenities. The staff was welcoming and made us feel at home, although some improvement could be made to ensure a smoother service experience. The location was convenient for my visit to the Silverstone Circuit. Dining was enjoyable but a bit pricey. Facilities were adequate for my needs.

The location wasn't the quietest with noise from outside till late and early in the morning, but the hotel's atmosphere was friendly and the nearby Volkswagen Learning Centre was a plus.

The hotel rooms were very clean, fresh, and generally excellent. Although there were some issues with poor hygiene standards like an empty plastic shower gel container left in the shower and dirt marks in the basin, overall, the room was clean and comfortable. Dinner was good.

The staff compensated us for receiving uncooked chicken and were all very helpful and friendly. However, upon check-in, the staff did not greet me or say anything despite no other customers being present and for getting charged twice.

The location was fantastic, not far from central Milton Keynes, but a bit out of the way for some. It's great for travel, and the Pirate Crazy Golf nearby is a plus.
